Our shop has clear and transparent politics concerning product freight and restitution.
Our aim is to get client satisfaction during the purchase process, in which security and purchasing guarantee will be maintained.
Concerning the freight costs
Free shipping to Holland, to Europa on purchases over €50, and to other countries on purchases over €100.
The products will be sent upon confirmation of payment.
The sending will be executed on two different ways:
Deadline
The deadline for the Netherlands: 24 hours after confirmation of receipt of payment.
The delivery time shall be considered after confirmation of payment made by the financial institution.
The delivery time of 24 nis not guaranteed weekend and holidays, although it generally followed this time also
Important: The application filed must be paid as soon as possible, reserving the products purchased will be made after confirmation of the claim made by the bank.

This form of delivery is valid only for the Netherlands. You can opt for this mode of freight and pay for your order only upon receipt of the products of your order. The cost to mail order is described below, remembering to be added 1% of the total value of your order beyond the value of freight. See our rates below.
Selling Area
Delivery within the European Union and some countries of Eastern Europe and the Middle East. The countries for which commercialize appear during your registration in our shop, close to your request.
If you live outside our coverage area can send the products to a friend or relative who lives in one of these countries. The payment can be made from anywhere.

Return and exchange
SOM & Imagem gives you first of all whether the statutory guarantees.
Moreover, we guarantee the return of goods if they appear to be damaged on delivery, provided us within 48 hours after their receipt thereof. Goods not in the original packaging be taken back under any circumstances, unless the defect could not otherwise be adopted for opening the article.
Our DVDs are either free or region code for zone two (Europe) or zone 4. The DVDs are not playable because of the fact that your equipment is not suitable for these regions, does not take back obligation for Som & Imagem.
The fact that some newer region-2 discs refuse to play on region free DVD player or modified DVD players also takes no obligation in return.
Qualitative aspects associated with articles (eg low quality of the original transfer to DVD, known bugs, defects of the disc relative to the specifications listed on the cover, etc.) can not be invoked as an argument to return, because we are beyond this have. These are matters you with a replacement article also would have, and whose final responsibility rests with the producer.
